A Tier 2 Intracompany is a points-based category for those outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland and currently an employee of a multinational company intending to be transferred by your overseas employer to a UK branch. This visa falls under the points-based system (PBS) therefore there will be minimum points needed per eligibility requirement. This visa can be used for long-term or regular short visits or for graduate trainees to transfer into graduate trainee programmes for a specialist role.
